The family of the late Tom Webb established the Tom Webb Children’s Fund in his memory in 2019. Tom Webb was a local hero. A former Campbell County Schools principal and Lynchburg City Schools Board member, Tom dedicated his life to helping others, volunteering with numerous nonprofit organizations and serving on several nonprofit Boards of Directors. Webb was a longtime member of Jubilee’s Board of Directors, and after his passing in Fall 2018, Webb’s family selected Jubilee for the establishment of the Tom Webb Memorial Scholarship Fund.
